The pub feels clean and covid safe, without being at all cold or clinical. (Also, all in all, they are mostly really quite attractive, which is of course an added bonus!). This speed continued right into the evening and the staff maintained a smile throughout. Within minutes of my party being sat down, my order was taken and drinks on the way. The door staff are efficient and welcoming, the table to table waiters are as charming and hardworking as ever, and the whole experience was smooth and therefore enjoyable. Easily one of my favourite LGBT bars in central, the new system was effective and although different to before, doesn’t feel at all restricted. One location that seems to have adapted to the new requirements perfectly, is Comptons of Soho. This past weekend I made a visit into soho, just to witness how things in my favourite part of London had changed since reopening.
